Hosting

This website is a static site served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser’s user agent. This is necessary to run the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts

All fonts are served from this website itself. No requests are made to external font services.

Getting in touch

If you email me, I use the details you provide (such as your name, email address and project information) only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep this correspondence for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal retention obligations.

Embedded players (Spotify, Bandcamp, Apple Music, YouTube)

The Spotify, Bandcamp and Apple Music players and the YouTube videos on this site are only loaded after you choose to load them. Until then, no connection is made to these services. Once loaded, the provider receives your IP address and may set cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Links to streaming services (such as Spotify, Apple Music or Tidal) and other sites are ordinary links. Data is only transmitted to these services if you follow a link.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email me.
